Every candidate presented for a position, is pre-screened by HB Recruitment using the following process as a minimum:

• A highly structured Interview designed to probe and question, in detail, candidates on their employment
  history, accurately determining the personal and career motivators of the candidate
• Candidates are skill tested to ensure they have what's needed to meet the employer’s needs
• Reference checks are undertaken
• Psychometric testing is carried out (as required). These may be ability or aptitude tests and work styles
  questionnaires (personality/motivation/emotional intelligence).
• A full brief about the position's requirements detailing the role, the company, the career progression,
  support for professional development and all other areas are thoroughly discussed.

These steps plus many more are inherent to our processes, and ensure a match between what the candidate wants and what the client can offer is a successful one.

Taking the "Exclusive" Approach to Permanent Recruitment

HB offers a range of additional recruitment solutions, and becoming a 'HB Exclusive" recruitment business is one such solution.

Entering into an Exclusive Agreement with HB can benefit you by:
