Recruitment Guarantee

We are so confident in our ability to successfully complete your recruitment assignment, that if within three months the person appointed is unsuitable for the position to which you appointed them or the candidate decides that the role is not as they anticipated... we'll find a replacement at no extra cost.  

We also offer a "four hour guarantee" with every temporary assignment wherein if you are unhappy with your selection and you notify us within the first four hours, there will be no charge for the hours already worked.

When successful in exclusive engagement of a client's recruitment process, HB will become fully cognisant of the client's particular behavioural style and approach, and may negotiate a guarantee that is extended to a period of up to 6 months... now thats confidence!

The HB Recruitment Guarantee ensures clients obtain a reliable and continuing recruitment solution where their business' long-term staffing objectives are achieved. We always aim to maximise value for money and cost effectiveness of service.

If an applicant resigns or is dismissed for any reason within three (3) calendar months of commencement, our Recruitment Guarantee will apply. This guarantee is valid only if payment of the original fee is received within fourteen (14) days of invoicing.  Costs will apply for re-advertising and this replacement is a one-off replacement.
