Since 1995, HB Recruitment and Training has been successful in tendering for the supply of Entry Level AO1 and AO2 Temporary and Permanent Office Administrative Staff ,and throughout this period has always maintained the majority of the market-share for the Toowoomba and South West Queensland area.

Although most placements reflect an AO1-AO2 level of employment, HB Recruitment also recruits for many Departments at AO3 to executive level in Toowoomba to as far west as Quilpie and Cunnamulla, and south to Stanthorpe. 

All candidates recommended to State Government departments have been formally interviewed, tested for administrative ability and reference-checked and our Consulants are constantly updating our database to ensure temporary staff are available for immediate commencement.


Local Government

HB Recruitment and Training has been appointed as a Preferred Supplier to Local Government for the provision of office staff to the Toowoomba and Darling Downs area since 2004.   

Many of our local councils also utilise our services to assist with the recruitment of tradsmen, apprentices and labourers.

 
The University of Southern Queensland

Since 2001, HB Recruitment and Training has been sourcing both administrative and general staff for The University of Southern Queensland (USQ) in Toowoomba.  Funded by the Federal Government, USQ has proven to be an Employer of Choice for the local area offering a myriad of different administrative-based positions as well as roles for qualified Tradesmen and general Laburers.

One of the largest employers in the Darling Downs, the USQ offers attractive salary packages and working conditions.
